A thriving Bristol salon is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and help take the business to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, process, and great hair.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling and team management
• Maintain exceptional client experience standards across every touchpoint
• Handle stock management, supplier relations and retail targets
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the team
• Work closely with ownership on business goals and performance

About You

• Proven experience managing a salon or leading a team in a hair/beauty environment
• Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Commercially minded — comfortable with targets, KPIs and retail performance
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing preferred but not essential
• Passionate about team culture and delivering outstanding client experiences
