Description
A thriving Bristol salon is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and help take the business to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, process, and great hair.
The Role
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling and team management
- Maintain exceptional client experience standards across every touchpoint
- Handle stock management, supplier relations and retail targets
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the team
- Work closely with ownership on business goals and performance
About You
- Proven experience managing a salon or leading a team in a hair/beauty environment
- Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Commercially minded — comfortable with targets, KPIs and retail performance
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing preferred but not essential
- Passionate about team culture and delivering outstanding client experiences
