Job Description:

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations at our salon. Your main duties will include:

• Greeting clients as they arrive at the salon, and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and responding to client inquiries
• Maintaining the salon's appointment system and ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded
• Managing the salon's cash register and handling financial transactions
• Supporting the stylists with various tasks, including washing hair, cleaning and tidying the salon, and preparing refreshments for clients

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a front-of-house role, preferably in a hair salon or similar environment
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
