We are looking for an experienced, motivated hair stylist and assistant manager to join our busy salon in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hair industry and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and haircutting/styling services to clients
• Assisting with salon operations including inventory, scheduling, and staff management
• Training junior stylists and providing guidance to ensure quality and consistency
• Supporting the salon manager with administrative tasks and special projects
• Ensuring the salon is well-stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Building strong client relationships and growing the clientele

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a hair stylist, including training with advanced cutting and coloring techniques
• Previous experience as an assistant manager or senior stylist with staff oversight responsibilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to consult with clients on their hair needs
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities
• Motivated self-starter who takes initiative on tasks and projects
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
• Current hairdressing license and qualifications preferred
