Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to our clients. Lead, motivate, and support a team of 10 to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Hair Services: As a qualified hair stylist, you will also be expected to perform hair services occasionally, demonstrating expertise and setting a high standard of craftsmanship for the team.
• Business Growth: Develop strategies to grow the salon’s clientele and enhance the salon's reputation. Work towards reaching and exceeding set targets, implementing marketing and promotional campaigns as needed.
• Financial Management: Manage the salon’s budget, oversee inventory, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations.
• Customer Service: Uphold and enhance the salon’s reputation for excellence through exceptional client service, handling feedback constructively, and ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority.
• Team Development: Conduct regular training sessions, encourage professional development, and ensure the team stays updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or a similar leadership role in the beauty industry.
• Qualified hair stylist with a passion for the craft and willingness to perform hair services as part of the role.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and encourage team growth and cohesion.
