A busy, award-winning salon in Central London is looking for an experienced Senior Stylist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled hairdresser ready to take their career to the next level in a high-end, creative environment.

The Role

• Deliver a full range of cutting, colouring and styling services to a loyal and growing clientele
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain exceptional standards of work and presentation at all times
• Mentor junior stylists and support the wider team
• Help build and retain your own client column

About You

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a salon environment
• Strong technical ability across cutting and colouring — balayage and colour correction experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, professional attitude and team player mentality
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification
