The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, be friendly and approachable, and have excellent communication skills. This role will involve assisting stylists with various tasks and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and offering them refreshments
• Assisting stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and preparing clients for their appointments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Handling payments and booking appointments using our computer system
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Promoting salon products and services to clients
• Assisting with social media posts and promotions

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a salon is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A friendly and approachable demeanor
• A passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with current trends
