Responsibilities

• Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable hair extension methods.
• Install, maintain and remove a range of hair extension systems, including:
  • K-Tips
  • Tape-Ins
  • Micro Links/Rings
  • Wefts/Micro Wefts
  • Sew-Ins
• Cut, blend and style extensions to create seamless results.
• Carry out hair cutting, styling and colouring services where required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Create before and after content for social media where appropriate.

Requirements

• Qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience fitting multiple hair extension methods.
• Confident in cutting, colouring and styling hair.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• A portfolio of previous work is essential.
