The Role

• Deliver a full range of colouring services including balayage, highlights, toning and colour correction
• Provide thorough colour consultations and set realistic client expectations
• Work alongside a skilled team of stylists in a fast-paced but supportive environment
• Stay up to date with the latest colour trends and techniques
• Maintain high standards of client care from consultation through to aftercare advice

About You

• Qualified hairdresser with specialist colour experience (minimum 2 years)
• Confident in freehand colouring techniques, particularly balayage
• Passionate, creative and driven to deliver excellent results
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
