Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Central London

Contract: Permanent

Status: Employed.

Days: 5 days per week.

Hours: To be discussed (40 hours)

Salary: Starting at £31,000 per annum.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced salon manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record as a stylist, and preferably with experience as a salon manager. This position goes beyond day to day management of the salon. We want someone creative that can bring new ideas to the table, ideas that will drive the salon and its team forward.

Along with the above, the role includes:

-Guide the team and lead by example

-Encouraging your team to grow regular clients, achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times

-Achieve weekly goals

-Organise team rota and daily salon opesration

-Inventory and stock control

-Setting goals for staff members
